SAĞLIK HİZMETLERİNDE SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİRLİK BAĞLAMINDA İNOVATİF BİR UYGULAMA: YEŞİL HASTANELER

Abstract

Günümüzde artan vehızla yaşlanan nüfusun, şehirleşmenin, endüstriyelleşmenin, yükselen eğitimseviyesinin, gelişen sağlık bilincinin, hızla gelişen tıp teknolojilerinin vb.etkenlerin sağlık hizmetlerine olan talebi artırmasıyla birlikte, sağlığaayrılan kıt kaynakların etkin ve verimli şekilde kullanılması gerekliliği dahada önem kazanmıştır. Bu kıt kaynaklarla kaliteden ödün vermeden sağlıkhizmetlerinin verimliliğini artırabilmek için sürdürülebilir inovatifuygulamaların hayata geçirilmesi, bu anlamda da yeşil hastanelerin gündemegelmesi söz konusu olmuştur. Bu bağlamda, yerli ve yabancı alanyazın taranarakelde edilen veriler ışığında ”Sağlık hizmetlerinin sürdürülebilirliğinde yeşilhastanelerin önemi nedir?” sorusuna yanıt aranacaktır. Bu amaçla sürdürülebilirsağlık hizmetleri ve yeşil hastane kavramlarına açıklık getirilerek, bu ikikavram arasındaki ilişkiye değinilecektir.

Today increasing andrapidly aging population, urbanization, industrialization, rising educationlevel, developing health consciousness, rapidly developing medicaltechnologies, etc. as the factors increased the demand for health services, theneed for effective and efficient use of scarce resources has become even moreimportant. In order to increase the efficiency of health services withoutsacrificing quality with these scarce resources, the implementation ofsustainable innovative practices and the emergence of green hospitals in thissense has been in question. In this context, the answer will be sought in thelight of the data obtained by scanning domestic and foreign literature on thequestion "What is the importance of green hospitals in the sustainabilityof health services?" For this purpose, the concept of sustainable healthservices and green hospital will be clarified and the relation between thesetwo concepts will be mentioned.
