MESLEĞİN SORUNU: UNVANSIZLIK

Abstract

All the studies conducted so far efforts related to the secretarial profession sought to bring solutions to the problems of the profession. Of course, this is true. The solution? Here is the biggest problem. As well as the usual problems of the profession, unnoticed, maybe noticed and can not find a solution to the problem: not having a title. Our study aims to create an overview of the title, used in the ads so far belong to the secretarial profession and various institutions, organizations and businesses. For this purpose, the title, was investigated qualitatively at ads in the sector and assignments. At the same time, professional title was studied to determine in students’ perspective by interviews with department students. This study aims to take a step towards a solution to title confusion. Also this study is such that it could be a solution to at the point of employment problems when shall cooperate with readily being carried out to create professional standards. If the problem of the title solves, career ladders can be drawn more clearly

Sekreterlik mesleği ile ilgili bugüne kadar yapılmış olan tüm çalışmalar mesleğe ait sorunlara çözüm getirme çabasında idi Elbette bu doğru. Peki çözüm? İşte en büyük sorun bu. Öncelikle mesleğin olağan sorunları yanı sıra, fark edilmeyen, belki fark edilip de çözüm bulanamayan sorunu: Unvansızlık. Çalışmamız, sekreterlik mesleğine ait bugüne kadar verilen ilanlarda ve çeşitli kurum, kuruluş ve işletmelerde kullanılan unvanlara ait bir bakış oluşturma amacındadır. Bu amaçla sektörde verilen ilan ve yapılan atamalarda mesleğe verilen ad nitel olarak araştırılmıştır. Aynı zamanda bölüm öğrencileri ile yapılmış olan görüşmelerle öğrenci gözünde meslek unvanı da tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışma ile sekreterlik mesleğine ait unvan karmaşasına çözüm yolunda bir adım atılması hedeflenmektedir. Ayrıca hali hazırda yürütülmekte olan meslek standardı oluşturma çalışmaları ile işbirliği halinde olunduğunda istihdam edilme noktasındaki sorunlara da çözüm olabilecek niteliktedir. Mesleğin unvan sorunu çözüme ulaştığında kariyer basamaklarının daha net bir şekilde çizilebileceği aşikardır
